Andy is working ‘very full time’ as an architect, mainly on historic buildings projects. He is married to Anne, architect for CMCC, with two sons, Will and Sam, and two grand daughters, Edie and Flora.
When he does stop working, Andy wants to sail around the lovely Essex and Suffolk estuaries, paint, cycle, travel and generally have fun with family and fellow cohousers.
Rosie had a career in adult education that culminated in being Head of Community Education Lewisham. She is a former Chair of governors for a Lewisham School and Chair of Volunteer Centre Lewisham. She is the treasurer of the Save Lewisham Hospital campaign. Married to Phil, they have two children, Lily and Sophie, and one grandchild. They were also the foster carers for a boy between the ages of 13 and 18 – Adam is now 21. Rosie is a keen gardener, looking forward to sharing the cohousing ‘allotment’.
Phil was Academic Registrar for Royal Holloway, University of London where he was responsible for all aspects of student administration, welfare and governance. He is a former governor to two schools in Lewisham and is currently on the Board of the UK Cohousing Network. He is devoting more time to his life-long interest in ceramics and pottery and enjoys swimming, skiing and golf. He and Rosie are keen travellers; they particularly enjoy Interrailing around Europe, or indeed train journeys anywhere.
